| The Practice of Accurate Guidance and Answering Questions inthe Teaching Incentive Plan of Backbone Teachers |

| Abstract:This article applies the important idea of General Secretary XI Jinping,s “to take targeted measures in poverty alleviation”
to the teaching and answering work of colleges and universities, and clarifies the purpose, contents and measures of college teachers,
work of guidance and answering questions. Aiming at all kinds of problems and personliazed needs encountered by college students in
learning and life, we divide the types of counseling and answering into five forms, implement accurate guidance and answering questions
to improve the quality of the talent development. |
