中文摘要:根据有机化工行业产生挥发性有机污染物组成复杂、浓度范围宽、治理相对困难的特点, 以某有机化工企
业为例, 在厂区结构、污染物种类、治理投入、运行维护等方面综合论证的基础上, 采用“一级局部冷凝回收+ 二级
集中冷凝+ 碱洗+ 光解催化氧化+ 碱洗+ 活性炭吸附脱附+ 催化氧化” 等联合处理技术, 通过优化集成进行净化
处理, 处理系统调试稳定运行后, 非甲烷总烃、苯、甲苯与二甲苯的处理后排放浓度远低于《工业企业挥发性有机物
排放控制标准》(DB13/2322-2016) 规定限值。该工艺系统具有技术可行、运行稳定的特点, 取得了较好的环境效益,
对于相关行业治理技术的选择具有很好的借鉴意义。 |

Practice of Standard Control Process for Volatile Organic Pollutants in anOrganic Chemical Industry |

Abstract:According to the characteristics of complex composition, wide concentration range and relatively difficult control of volatile
organic pollutants generated in the organic chemical industry, an organic chemical enterprise was taken as an example. On the basis of
comprehensive demonstration of plant structure, types of pollutants, treatment investment, operation and maintenance, etc., the combined
process of “primary local condensation recovery + secondary concentrated condensation + alkaline wash + photolysis and photocatalytic
oxidation + alkaline wash + activated carbon adsorption and desorption + catalytic oxidation” was adopted. With the optimization and
integration of purification treatment, after commissioning and stable operation of the process system,the emission concentrations of
total non-methane hydrocarbon, benzene, toluene and xylene are far lower than the limit specified in the standard for the emission
control of volatile organic compounds in industrial enterprises (DB13/2322-2016). The process system has the characteristics of feasible
technology and stable operation, and obtains better environmental benefits, which has a good reference significance for the selection of
related industry control technology. |
