中文摘要:在空气氛围下制备硫化纳米零价铁(SnZVI),通过SEM、XRD等进行表征,并对其去除水中Cr(VI)进行研究。以Cr(VI)去除率为响应值建立了4因素5水平的响应面模型。SEM和XRD结果显示S-nZVI具有片状结构,主要成分为Fe0并含有少量的FeS和铁氧化物。响应面法分析结果表明模型可信度高,适用于模拟4种因素对S-nZVI去除Cr(VI)的影响。以伪一级、伪二级动力学模型拟合S-nZVI去除Cr(VI),结果显示伪二级动力学模型R2为0.999拟合度更好,说明S-nZVI对Cr(VI)的去除主要以化学吸附为主,平衡吸附量达到156.3mg/g.

The Optimization of Response Surface Methodology for the Removal ofCr(VI) from Aqueous Solution by S-nZVI Synthesized under AirAtmosphere
Abstract:The preparation of S-nZVI under air atmosphere, characterized by SEM and XRD, and the removing Cr(VI) were studied. With Cr(VI) removal rate as the response value four factors five levels of response surface model is established. SEM and XRD results show that S-nZVI has flake structure, the main component is Fe0 , and contains a small amount of FeS and iron oxide. The analysis results of response surface method show that the model credibility high, and is suitable for simulating four factors on the influence of S-nZVI to remove Cr(VI). With pseudo first-order and pseudo secondary dynamics behavior model fitting S-nZVI respectively to remove Cr(VI), it shows that pseudo secondary dynamics model R2 is 0.999, fitting is better. The S-nZVI removal of Cr(VI) is mainly chemical adsorption and adsorption balance reaches 156.3 mg/g.
