中文摘要:为了解微塑料在黄浦江潮滩的污染现状,分别选择黄浦江下游及入海口的3个采样点,在不同季节对潮滩沉积物进行采样分析,研究黄浦江表层沉积物中微塑料的丰度、组成比例及分布。结果表明,研究区域内微塑料分为4大类∶碎片类(522%)、发泡类(21.8%)、薄膜类(13.2%)和纤维类((128%),其中碎片类占比最高。粒径<1mm 的微塑料占比最大,超过70%大粒径的微塑料占比最低。利用红外光谱仪对比标准图谱及峰值数据,确认碎片类和纤维类的主要成分为聚乙烯,发泡类和薄膜类的主要成分为聚苯乙烯。各采样点平均丰度为49.49 ind·kg-1,微塑料丰度从黄浦江下游至入海口呈上升趋势。研究结果表明,黄浦江入海口潮滩沉积物受到一定程度的微塑料污染,其他选取的黄浦江研究区段微塑料污染属于中等偏下程度,其污染程度主要与人类活动、潮汐作用与流域开阔程度等因素有关。

Distribution of Microplastics in the Tidal Flat Sediments ofthe Huangpu River
Abstract:In order to understand the pollution status of microplastics in the tidal flat of the Huangpu River, three sampling points in the lower reaches of the Huangpu River and the estuary were selected, and the tidal flat sediments in different seasons were sampled. The abundance, the composition ratio and the distribution of microplastics in the surface sediments of the Huangpu River were studied. The results show that microplastics in the study area are divided into four categories: debris (52.2%), foaming (21.8%), film (13.2%), and fiber (12.8%), among which the proportion of debris is the highest. Microplastics with particle size <1 mm accounted for the largest proportion, more than 70%. The proportion of microplastics with large particle size is the lowest. The major component of debris and fiber is identified as polyethylene, and that of foaming and film is polystyrene with infrared spectrometers compared to the standard spectra and peak data. The average abundance at each sampling point is 49.49 ind·kg 1 , and the abundance of microplastics is increasing from the lower reaches of the Huangpu River to the estuary. The results show that the tidal flat sediments in the estuary of the Huangpu River are polluted by microplastics to some extent, and the microplastic pollution in the other selected section of the Huangpu River is of medium and low degree. The degree of pollution is mainly related to human activities, tidal effects, and the openness of the basin.
