中文摘要:针对手机支付过程中安全性问题,研究了可见光通信应用于安全支付过程中有效区域的问题。LED光源具有朗伯分布特性,LED光源到接收端距离h会影响硅光电池接收有效区域。根据可见光通信原理,以LED作为发射端,硅光电池作为接收端模拟手机支付功能。选取1 W白光LED,在偏置电压3.4 V、频率f=100、50 kHz下,测量区域为0.07 m x 0.07 m接收端硅光电池为7×7阵列矩阵,矩阵各个测量点间隔为10mm,LED置于硅光电池阵列水平面一定高度。实验利用信号发生器生成偏置正弦波形,测量h=35、70 mm时接收端的接收功率,RF强度由电子频谱分析仪测量。当接收功率低于-90dBm时,视为无效接收区域。实验结果表明,相同频率下,h=35 mm 时,测量区域中心接收功率较大,且接收有效区域较广;h影响可见光通信接收有效区域,对手机支付安全产生影响;相同h下,f=50 kHz时,测量区域中心接收功率较大,且接收有效区域较广,输入信号的频率不同,也会对手机支付的安全产生影响。

Study of the Effective Area of Visible Light Communication inthe Application of Secure Payment
Abstract:Aiming at the security issues in the mobile payment process, the issue of visible light communication applied to the effective area in the secure payment process is studied. The LED light source has Lambertian distribution characteristics, and the distance h from the LED light source to the receiving end will affect the effective receiving area of the silicon photocell. According to the principle of visible light communication, the LED is used as the transmitting terminal and the silicon photocell is used as the receiving terminal to simulate the mobile phone payment function. Choose 1 W white LED, under bias voltage 3.4 V, frequency f = 100, 50 kHz, the measurement area is 0.07 m×0.07 m, the receiving end silicon photocell is a 7 × 7 array matrix, and the interval between each measurement point of the matrix is 10 mm. The LED is placed at a certain height on the horizontal plane of the silicon photovoltaic cell array. The experiment uses a signal generator to generate a bias sine waveform, and measures the received power at the receiving end when h = 35, 70 mm. The RF intensity is measured by an electronic spectrum analyzer. When the received power is lower than 90 dBm, it is regarded as an invalid receiving area. The experimental results show that at the same frequency, when h = 35 mm, the receiving power in the center of the measurement area is larger, and the effective receiving area is wider; h affects the effective receiving area of visible light communication and affects the security of mobile payment; at the same h, f = 50 kHz, the receiving power in the center of the measurement area is larger, and the effective receiving area is wider. The frequency of the input signal is different, which will also affect the security of mobile payment.
