| Exploration of the Practical Path of Labour Education in Colleges and Universities Guided by the Culture of Labour Models in the Context of theNew Era |

| Abstract:Model worker culture is the concentrated manifestation of the spirit and working style of advanced workers represented by model workers, and as an important part of China’s national spirit and the spirit of the times, it embodies the core values of patriotism and reform and innovation. Strengthening the labour education of college students is necessary for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education and promoting the comprehensive development of college students, and the culture of model workers will provide live cases and rich teaching resources for the development of labour education in colleges and universities. In this paper, we will explore the practical path of labour education in colleges and universities guided by the culture of model workers in the new era, so as to establish correct values and labour concepts of college students, and help cultivate new generations with noble
