| 中文摘要:习近平法治思想是大学生法治教育的根本遵循, 在大学生法治教育中要充分重视发挥习近平法治思想的引领作用。从价值维度、理论维度和实践维度阐述习近平法治思想引领大学生法治教育。在习近平法治思想引领大学生法治教育的价值维度, 进一步确立马克思主义中国化法治观, 助力实现中国式法治现代化, 培育全面发展、德法兼备的时代新人。在习近平法治思想引领大学生法治教育的理论维度, 要充分挖掘以“全面依法治国” 为基本阐述点,围绕全面依法治国的政治方向、战略地位和工作布局在大学生法治教育的内容上展开高质量高效引领。在习近平法治思想引领大学生法治教育的实践维度, 以夯实的学理阐释为先, 深入领会习近平法治思想的丰富源流; 以促进生成新时代大学生法治素养为重, 充分突显习近平法治思想的引领价值; 以法治实践故事案例叙事研讨为主, 展示探究习近平法治思想的深刻内涵。 |

| Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law Leads the Threefold Dimension of Legal Education for College Students |

| Abstract:Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the fundamental principle of college students’ rule of law education, and full attention should be paid to giving play to the leading role of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in college students’ rule of law education. From the value dimension, theoretical dimension and practical dimension, Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law leads the rule of law education of college students. In the value dimension of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law leading college students’rule of law education, further establish the Marxist concept of rule of law in China, help realize the modernization of Chinese-style rule of law, and cultivate new talents of the era with all-round development and both morality and law. In the theoretical dimension of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law leading college students’ rule of law education, it is necessary to fully explore the basic elaboration point of ”comprehensively governing the country according to law”, and carry out high-quality and efficient guidance on the content of college students’ rule of law education around the political direction, strategic position, and work layout of comprehensive law-based governance. In the practical dimension of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law leading college students’ rule of law education, we should give priority to the solid interpretation of academic theories, and deeply understand the rich source of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law; Focusing on promoting the generation of college students’ legal literacy in the new era, it fully highlights the leading value of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. Focusing on the narrative discussion of the story of the practice of the rule of law, it shows and explores the profound connotation of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. |
