Software Service Process Management Optimization Based on the Convergence of ARUP, DevOps and CMMI |

Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology and the widespread use of service computing, effective process management to support on-demand software services has become increasingly important. Modern software service engineering faces many challenges, such as microservice architecture and service splitting, multi-team communication and collaboration. A process management
optimization strategy and the algorithm based on DevOps team collaboration and capability maturity model integration (CMMI) is proposed in conjunction with an evolutionary service development methodology based on the agile unified process (ARUP). Case study demonstrates that requirements management and quality assurance are the most effective methods for continuous process improvement
in software development, and the proposed algorithm effectively improves the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of software services, providing reference and guidance for academic researchers and industrial practitioners. |
