中文摘要:为提高ZnO 光催化有机废水处理效率, 运用水热法结合离子交换法制备了核-壳异质结构的ZnO/ZnS 复合材料, 并评估其在甲基橙有机废水处理中的催化性能。经XRD、SEM 和TEM 表征, 证实已成功制备了具有棒状核-壳异质结构的ZnO/ZnS 复合材料, 并初步探讨了其形成机理。实验结果表明, 随着离子交换时间的增加, ZnS 逐渐包覆于棒状ZnO 结构表面, 形成核-壳异质结构。此结构不仅拓宽了ZnO 的光谱吸收范围, 还提高了其催化性能。当光照反应时间达到180 min 时, ZnO/ZnS 复合材料对甲基橙的降解率达到80.05%, 较纯ZnO 催化剂提高了30%。核-壳异质结构的ZnO/ZnS 复合材料为进一步提升ZnO 光催化技术在有机废水处理中的应用效果提供了一种新的途径。 |

The Photocatalytic Performance of Core-Shell Heterostructure ZnS/ZnO Composites |

Abstract:In order to enhance the effect of ZnO photocatalytic organic wastewater, ZnO/ZnS composites with core-shell heterostructure were prepared by hydrothermal method combined with ion exchange technique, and their catalytic degradation of methyl orange organic wastewater was investigated. By XRD, SEM, TEM characterization, it was confirmed that ZnO/ZnS composites with rod-core-shell heterostructure were prepared successfully, and the formation mechanism was preliminarily discussed. The experimental results show that with the increase of ion exchange time, ZnS gradually formed core-shell heterostructure on the rod-shaped ZnO surface. The structure not only broadens the spectral absorption range of ZnO, but also improves its catalytic performance. When the reaction time reaches 180 min, the methyl orange degradation rate of ZnO/ZnS composites reaches 80.05%, which is 30% higher than that of pure ZnO catalyst. ZnO/ZnS composites with core-shell heterostructure provide a new method for further improving the application effect of ZnO photocatalysis technology in organic wastewater treatment. |
