中文摘要:智能时代给职业教育的转型发展带来了新挑战和新要求: 职业教育的人才培养规格面临着新的挑战、多行业多学科跨界融合引发更综合的知识和技能需求、智能时代教学内容和方式转变的要求、智能化教学给教师人工智能素养与能力带来的要求等, 在职业教育改革过程中必须对这些问题做出回应。为此, 职业教育应升级培养规格、促进多行业多学科知识和技能的跨界融合、应对技术快速迭代进行教学变革与创新、重视教师发展, 以实现智能时代职业教育的转型发展。

The Transformation and Upgrading of Vocational Education in the Intelligent Era: Problems and Paths
Abstract:The intelligent era has brought new challenges and requirements to the transformation and development of vocational education: the talent cultivation standards of vocational education are facing new challenges, the cross-border integration of multiple industries and disciplines has triggered more comprehensive knowledge and skill needs, the requirements for the transformation of teaching content and methods in the intelligent era, and the requirements for the artificial intelligence literacy and ability of teachers brought by intelligent teaching. In the process of vocational education reform, it is necessary to respond to these issues. Therefore, vocational education should upgrade its training standards, promote the cross-border integration of knowledge and skills from multiple industries and disciplines, respond to rapid technological iteration for teaching reform and innovation, and attach importance to teacher development, in order to achieve the transformation and development of vocational education in the era of intelligence.
