中文摘要:以二维碳化钛基MXene 作为填料, 高弹性、具备优良力学性能的高分子材料聚氨酯(PU) 作为基体, 通过溶液共混法制备了具有高介电常数的MXene/PU 复合材料, 研究了MXene 填充量对以PU 为基体的复合材料介电性能的影响。结果表明, 随着MXene 填充量增大, MXene/PU 复合材料的介电常数先上升后下降。当MXene 的质量分数为12%, 频率103 Hz 时, MXene/PU 介电常数达到最高值44.8, 是纯PU 介电常数(6.9) 的6.49 倍, 同时介电损耗仅为0.76, 仍然保持在较低的水平。当MXene 的质量分数提升至14% 时, MXene/PU 复合材料的介电常数降低, 但介电损耗大幅升高。 |

Abstract:MXene/PU composites with high dielectric constant were prepared by solution blending using two-dimensional titanium carbide-based MXene as filler and polyurethane (PU) with high elasticity and excellent mechanical properties as the matrix. The effect of MXene filling amount on the dielectric properties of PU-based composites was studied. The results show that the dielectric constant of MXene/PU composites follows a change law of first rising and then decreasing with the increasing amount of MXene filling. When the mass fraction of MXene reaches 12%, the dielectric constant at 103 Hz reaches the highest, which is 44.8 and 6.49 times that of pure PU (6.9), while the dielectric loss is only 0.76, which still keeps at a low level. When the mass fraction of MXene increases to 14%, the dielectric
constant of MXene/PU composites decreases, but the dielectric loss increases significantly. |
