中文摘要:针对二乙基次磷酸铝 (aluminum diethylphosphinate, ADP) 在水性胶黏剂中因疏水相互作用而分散稳定性差、易团聚沉降等问题, 本文研究了吐温-20 (Tween-20)、聚丙烯酸钠 (sodium polyacrylate, PAAS)、十六烷基三甲基 溴化铵 (cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, CTAB) 及 Tween-20/PAAS 复配对 ADP 分散液性能的影响。通过粒径分析、黏度分析、沉降测试及相容性等评估发现: CTAB 分散液因静电吸引导致严重团聚 (D95 增大 80 倍), 高温下 PAAS 易失活, 复配体系性能更优; 添加羟乙基纤维素 (hydroxyethyl cellulose, HEC) 并调节 pH 至 6 后, 复配分散液在胶黏剂中的破乳时间从 20 min 延长至 14 天; 阻燃剂有效含量为 20% 时, 胶黏剂阻燃等级达 V-0 级。研究表明,Tween-20/PAAS 复配分散结合 HEC 与 pH 调控, 可有效解决 ADP 在水性体系中的分散难题, 为其环保化应用提供技术支撑。

Preparation and Application of Aluminum Diethylphosphinate Dispersion
Abstract:To address the issues of poor dispersion stability and easy agglomeration and sedimentation of aluminum diethylphosphinate (ADP) in water-based adhesives due to hydrophobic interactions, the effects of Tween-20, sodium polyacrylate (PAAS), cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), and the combination of Tween-20/PAAS on the performance of ADP dispersions were investigated. Through particle size analysis, viscosity analysis, sedimentation tests, and compatibility evaluations, it was found that the CTAB dispersion suffered from severe agglomeration due to electrostatic attraction (D95 increased by 80 times), and PAAS was prone to deactivation at high temperatures. The combined system performed better. After adding hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) and adjusting the pH to 6, the demulsification time of the combined dispersion in the adhesive was extended from 20 minutes to 14 days. When the effective flame retardant content was 20%, the flame retardant grade of the adhesive reached V-0. The research indicates that the combination of Tween-20/PAAS dispersion with HEC and pH regulation can effectively solve the dispersion problem of ADP in water-based systems, providing technical support for its environmentally friendly application.
