| 中文摘要:教材是开展教育教学的核心资源, 也是知识传授和文化传承的重要载体。《新思路英语专业视听说教程》创新性地融合了中国传统文化与多元国际文化元素, 充分体现了全球化语境下的文化对话与互鉴。通过采用定性与定量相结合的混合研究方法, 系统探讨了中国文化在英语专业教材中的融入策略和呈现方式, 深入剖析了教材中中国文化内容的主题分布、呈现形式及其传播效能。研究发现, 教材综合运用图片、音频、视频等多媒体手段, 有效提升了文化内容的生动性与感染力, 但在文化呈现的立体化建构与数字化创新方面仍存在优化空间。教材中中国文化融入的多模态呈现方式不仅对提升英语专业学生文化认知与语言能力起到积极作用, 更为新时期英语专业教材的编写理念与教学实践提供了理论依据和实践指导, 对推动中国文化国际传播具有重要的现实意义。 |

| A Study on the Integration and Presentation of Chinese Culture in English Major Textbooks from a Multimodal Perspective: A Case Study of Improving Through English Viewing, Listening, and Speaking |

| Abstract:Textbooks are core resources for conducting education and teaching, serving as vital carriers for knowledge transmission and cultural inheritance. Improving Through English Viewing, Listening and Speaking innovatively integrates elements of traditional Chinese culture with diverse international cultures, fully embodying cultural dialogue and mutual learning within a global context. This study
systematically explores the strategies and modes of presenting Chinese culture in English major textbooks, employing a mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative research. It provides an in-depth analysis of the thematic distribution, presentation forms, and communication efficacy of Chinese cultural content within the textbook. The research findings indicate that the textbook effectively enhances the vividness and impact of cultural content by comprehensively utilizing multimedia means such as images, audio, and video. However, there remains room for optimization in the multidimensional structuring and digital innovation of cultural presentation. The multimodal presentation of Chinese culture in the textbook not only plays a positive role in enhancing the cultural awareness and language proficiency of English majors but also provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the compilation philosophy and teaching practices of English major textbooks in the new era. This holds significant practical importance for promoting the international communication of Chinese culture. |
